- Hello everyone and Merry christmas!
I thoroughly enjoyed watching and seeing gameplay of FNAF:SB and while the endings are nice, I wanted to see them animated, so I thought I'd do it myself!
This animation is also a challenge on me, I wanted to see how fast I'm able to make this animation, and it took around a day and a half.
If this video does well, I might animate the other endings but I hope you enjoy the video!

I feel like this is how they should've handled the comic endings, make them like cute little animations

As much as the comic book style is cool, I can’t help but think “did they run out of budget?” Especially because they never established anything using the comic book style ever in the game prior, and only some of the endings use this style which is weirdly inconsistent.
I think they did that to show that It isn't the Canon ending

You definitely captured the charm of the comic.
But don't like how there are lacking of sounds effect.
Could get a little help with voice acting
And music
screaming
And voicelines
it's a hand made comic they added car sounds lol it was just a fun little comic animated not like the real one had any sound either
This is just another reason why the game feels rushed, but I'm not blaming the devs for that, I'm blaming the community. Everytime a delay was announced all we did was showering them in hate and negativity, so I suppose they didn't want to further anger the community

I don't. Steel Wool should be disciplined enough to know when to ignore, and when to listen to fans. I understand they are an indie studio, but every studio needs someone who will tell them "Don't listen to the fans right now. Do what's best for the game; THEN come back to them."
Also, many fans of these games are very young, of course they're not going to be patient. It comes with the territory.
I read in another reply thread that all but one of the ending are comics, and that ending seems to be the one most likely to be canon, so this may be intentional as a way to say "This didn't happen, but here's how it would go if it did." I dunno.

@@robin2117 That's not an ending though, that's a mid-game cutscene. There's one more gameplay section with two different endings after it (the "Disassemble Vanny" ending and the Princess Quest ending)

This is SO much better. The original comic endings just feel so... Empty and anticlimatic. It's like the dev team just gave up at that point.

You know this ending isn't canon because lore-compliant Map Bot would've ripped Gregory out of the moving car.
Since I've seen a good chunk of people comment about it:
I did not blackwash gregory, I only used what colors (using the color drop tool) for the animations, I decided not to use or change any colors from any of the panels.

@@srcreeper02550 I mean, that idea that it was the fault of the community most of the time isn't true, and honestly, I just see it as some way to shift blame onto the community to protect the game, as if the community are responsible for It's development. I feel like the game ended up the way it is because the brains of the project left at some point.
to be fair, everyone draws differently and they were in a budget constrain so you cannot blame them

Sadly steel wool didn't have enough time to create full on cutscenes due to the release date.
They should’ve delayed it by a year to be honest, they’re so many glitches and bugs, and I don’t really think the gameplay was that enjoyable most of the time either

@@aquano1972 Besides the bugs, and missing content. The game overall is still enjoyable and that's very good. This is also Steel Wool's biggest game and they're continuing to update it and will add future content. So fully cutscened endings are not ruled out.

It's just disappointing, with less money and resources I've seen some better things come out in UA-cam videos and funny animations than I had seeing anything that had to do with the game

I get that steel wool was probably rushed to get this game out but you put them to shame with this great job!
That kind of hurt. They didn't want to disappoint the fans by delaying it again, and do I have to remind you that only 20 people were working on this game? They could've made it better than they wanted to, but again the fans would be very disappointed if they had to wait another 6 months/a year. Sure, this animation is cute, but I will always appreciate the original more.

You do realize you can't compare this to the comic animation right? The creator here already had most of the content to animate and just had to add in-between frames, steel wool had to make these sequences from scratch

I often wonder why they chose not to 3D animate these scenes.
They were going to, I think. I watched a video and there were some room things that looked like the endings. The "Afton" ending is the only one 3D animated.

to be fair, we didn't come up with the ending, we just animated it.
the devs had to make multiple endings, create a (somewhat) comprehensible story while at the same time, yknow, developing the game, making the models, etc.
they also had a budget and time constraints.
@@minorcomet282 The game is legit just another cyberpunk 2077 but atleast the dev's for cyberpunk tried to fix as many bug's as fast as they possibly could while steel wool can't even fix a FPS problem they should stick to smaller game's for now on cause I can tell they tried don't get me wrong but they really should not do big game's anymore cause they obviously can't handle it very well although it isn't all their fault I mean the fan's I am also part of the fanbase but I don't try and get mad when they delay a release date for a FNAF game unlike lot's of people who did so that is also something that caused it to come out how it did but still Steel wool shouldn't have caved in and released it before it was ready to be released so to be honest it is a mix of Steel wool and the fandom obviously not the whole fandom but the idiot's who can't wait and act like little bitches when a FNAF game gets delayed which to be honest is a good thing cause then there is more time they can put into making the game even better welp I am done talking do not bother responding if you see this cause most likely I won't see it no that wasn't meant to be rude I am just being honest I don't come back to video's like this nor do I care about what I've said in a comment section nor any reply's no that isn't meant to be rude or hateful just being honest with how I am but if you go through the time to read this good on ya I guess but uh bye now hope this is readable for you

Cyberpunk is a mess of a game, made by a triple A studio that legit took more than three years to make
SB is an indie game made by 20-15 people in two years, with free roaming, differing choices and mechanics based on what you do, and 5 different animated endings, all while the creator of the franchise himself had to take a backseat while it was being developed. The fact the game is even out is insane and shows how talented these people are
