I am someone with hyper thick hair and a lot of it, if you were to recommend for my needs (Pomp, Side part, Slick back all with a lot of volume) would you recommend this or O'douds Matte paste?

i also need something thats going to hold throughout a bar shift as a bartender

I haven't used this one yet, but I wouldn't recommend you the Matte Paste also. I have thin but quite long hair, and it acts more of a light-medium hold on my hair. For thick hair (and medium length), I reckon it would be a lot heavier than thin hair like mine, so Matte Paste may not work very well.

I'm 2 months late but don't buy the O'Douds Matte Paste..it sucks. I got it and it's hard to style, overly dry and leaves a bunch of white residue. You are better off with this.

Would you recommend this product on styling thin/fine hair when it's damp? I've been using O'Douds Matte Paste and I've found it to work well when applying to damp hair. Thanks!

AniXiaN yeah me too for me applying matte paste on damp hair work better than apply on dry hair. I have same type hair like yours

Did you change a barber? The cut looks a bit sloppy compared to your usual cuts.
