@acidglow all you need to do is maximize the video screen and pause it. Then hit the print screen button. Go into the file where it's saved and you should be able to select it as backround.

I've tried playing it through my ipod whilst I study - as it is a brilliant piece of music to work to - however, I get an error message saying that "the author of this video does not allow playback on iPod."
