I'm really disappointed to see that in this day and age manufacturers are still using bat insulation. Closed cell, spray foam would make so much more sense. Nothing to hold moisture, better R value plus it give additional sturcture.
Very NICE coach. But as some pointed out, effort was made to make this TT off grid/boondock friendly as many other manufactures do, but no tri-power refrigerator, why is that? Consumer cost factor? Not when you're paying upwards of $60k. ALSO a luggage rack with a skylight smack dab in the center of it?? Who thought THAT one up? Seriously though, overall I am impressed! I looked at a 25R on a sunny 90° day and it did not feel like you were literally stepping into an oven. That alone sold me! Thanks! "Northwood" love the warmth of the wooden cabinetry and not the sterile plastic feel of most of the so called "modern" decor!
When you buy a 2019 Northwood product you get a product you can't use because..a furnace that doesn't work until you figure it out yourself... A shower improperly installed that doesn't slop towards the drain(their suggestion buy a squeegee to get the water out of the shower pan)... A tie down that rips off the siding when fastened to the truck... ECT.. a manufacturer that doesn't stand behind their product tells you to pound sand when you want it fixed!

When comparing this model to the Nash 24M, what are some of the key differences between the two lines, other than the obvious floor plan? Trying to decide which model to go with for a camper, living in Alberta and using it as a base camp to hunt out of in early November, but also a summer rig and going for the "4 season" models to extend our season here in the cold.
' oh no... this hometrailer is a not safety at 135 to 140... no no 2 amber yellow lights on the rear taillights... what happen... must send back to hometrailer company and put 2 amber yellow lights on the rear taillights plus more bright backup white lights, tooo
Yes yes, solar and a new 12v fridge that doesn't burn down the trailer and pulls 3 watts, is bigger than a Dometic and cheaper to replace. Absorption is old and dangerous tech that is slowly dying in some builders.

C'mon let's get some big TV's. You have beautiful trailers and tiny tv. Yes I know some of you are really the camping type. Then buy a tent. I want comfort and I want to watch satellite if it's bad outside and I want a television that is huge and faces either theater seating or other recliners. I'd much rather have an updated entertainment system than a U- shaped dinette in a couples trailer that is just a cheap way to fill space. And those free standing tables are useless when they could mount a table with no legs that collapses with the push of a button. I would love to see a builder do a larger bathroom and smaller dining table but still in a larger unit but not massive. To me that's a couples trailer. All the rest are hillbilly resorts.
Hell yeah. I just dropped 40 grand on a trailer and now I have to fuck with hanging a new decent TV. I'm with you. I have no problems roughing it. But when I'm getting 6 miles to the gallon hauling 20% of my home mortgage and daily depreciating asset behind me I'm looking for absolute comfort.
I went in one of these today, it's on my wish list, loved the layout, unfortunately no room for the little guy. Also a tad out of my price range. But a beautiful unit non the less.
How exhausting , you have to look at tons and tons of R.V.'s and travel trailers before you can make up your mind which one to buy. Something is wrong with every damn one we looked at, we cannot find anything we really like, we have just given up and said to hell with those ticky-tack plywood and plastic camper cabins on wheels, find a motel room and enjoy your week end out of town, that's what we do.
I think the construction of this trailer is awesome but the interior is horrible. .might as well get rid of the tv's. Who can see 19 inches plus it looks really dark and cramped. ..since this rig is 4 season most would want to go off the grid but not with that cheap solar. .come on. ..put some decent amount of solar on here. ...
@@markymark6928 yes it is. And I only buy arctic fox. They lose their value a little slower than the cheaper brands. But your still going to lose $20,000 to $30,000 in ten years if you buy this new. I like to buy them 5 to 6 years old and only average a grand or so a year in depreciation.
You know, these videos would be more helpful with the price, weight, floor plan and how many it sleeps in EVERY video. When I trade up I will ONLY be shopping at a place that offers that information readily instead of making ppl dig for it. It's like Call for Pricing, how about a cup of shut the fck up, call that.
