Such a heartwarming video Bobby. Not going to lie, the water ducts broke when your boy was carrying that goose back. I remember my first hunt with my dad, I think I was about 5 years old! Lost him when I was 11... I think of him on every hunt.

I still remember my first hunt. It was super cold. My feet were freezing and when the fog lifted, there was about 3000 ducks that flew over us. It was awesome.

Bob I lost my father last year to a car fire. Going out with my dad chasing waterfowl ducks geese etc hunting in general these memories are what’s it all about. Enjoy that time man I’m only 23 I know when I have a kid I hope I can pass on the love for it like my dad did with me

This is very nice of your sun life, I still feel and remember that day and what we hunted ( locations, birds type and the type of gun) I was 4 years old that was fifty years ago.

Awesome, it’s a wonderful feeling havin your kid out with you. My daughter has been coming out with me since she was 3 years old, this past season she is 6 and I couldn’t leave her behind. Little trooper, up a 4:00am in the Manitoba cold and she loved every minute.

Great Hunt...especially considering he is only 3 1/2 years old. He did great and had a great day and memory shared with dad!!!! Was able to bring both my girls this season. Probably one of the best hunts of the year, even though I never pulled the trigger on a bird.
Your little man loved it out there with you and the rest of the guys. It’s in his blood from the day he was born and you have a great days ahead of you both.

Taking my 3-year old dove hunting for the first time was the closest I think I ever came to pure joy. His first gun was a Rossi 410. Very small and light. He still loves it although he hunts with bigger guns now.
Mine was the single shot rossi .410 and .22 long rifle combo I wish I still had it buy it sadly got stolen when my house was robbed

I wish I had a dad like u Bob I'm only 16 and thrue my whole hunting life I've had to do everything by myself from getting buddys to drive me in the freezing cold to get my hunters license and then my minor's pal thanks Bobby for the content u make bud this one mad me cry

Man bobby I took my oldest son's for the first time this year and he had a blast. We didn't shoot anything but that wasn't what that day was about. Great job at getting him out and planting that hunting seed early. Keep up the great work.

Took my 3 year old boy on his first duck hunt this year also. It was awesome. He loves it and it addicted to everything outdoors.
Man this video has got me reminiscing on the hunts i went on with my dad. Never any water fowl but just about everything else in Ky. That boys hooked for life now.
