Same, me too hahaha too funny but it's the truth! :D Blackpink's music just hits me to my core that no one else can. I do like other groups, don't get me wrong but BP music is just my taste.

Kiel Choreographed the First Verse and the rap parts while Lee Junh choreographed the last section for Dance break. We need to know who choreographed for the chorus because it is really addictive, it’s either sienna or the other one.

I wish the dance break was different and the chorus… but Jenlisa’s part was flawless
I think it's their best choreography to date. Yes, the attitude, the details, and the overall feeling of the performance. And kudos to the back up dancers too for the great job creating so many beautiful imagery.

I really love how they are using the backup dancers to their advantage to create more energy, because in their past choreographies the backup dancers only appear during chorus or at the end, I just love how the backup dancers are consistent through out the whole song and they really help BlackPink to stand out and create more and more energy😍
Rosé is really an incredible dancer
We all know that Lisa is the dancing machine, with straight lines and powerful moves. Jennie to me though is just straight up sexy with the way she moves. Rosé always kills it with her hip movements and throughout the MV and dance practice, I just can't stop watching Jisoo, it's like your eyes are drawn to her.

Some may not like it since it's like an acquired taste. You'll get used to it after repititions. But, for me this is one of my fav song and comeback era of Blackpink. Very 90sh vibe esp the rap and chorus. Alongside, the reference from other artist that they put into the song (rihanna, taylor, snoopdog etc) as well as the choreography from their previous solos if you notice with the dance practice.

Lisa really stands out in dancing but all the other girls are great too. Their moves are on point and the nuances are definitely cherries 🍒 on top! I’ve been watching it like for the nth time and I’m still amazed with every moves they make.

Yes! In their press conference, the girls also said that they want to show a song that would easily tell tell that it is from them (the one people would somehow negatively comment as the "formulaic" part) but also kinds of going back to the roots and try something new (w/ that 90s hiphop vibes that they never really dived into full length coz hylt kinda touch that with Lisa's rap but i feel like that part was more on the vibe but with this one, they really embraced it with all the flows, visuals, etc.)
I am honestly in love with this song. I love every bit of it and i'm falling in love with the more I replay it. The choreo looks like it is sucking u in, kinda like hypnotizing you with all the imagery they put. It's just so funny coz that is also one of the "criticism" with bp's choreo the "There's a lot of hand movement" but with this they showed how useful, graceful, beautiful and alluring those hand movements are and i love that.
I think by now some people should realize that the "formulaic" and the "hand movement" "easy choreography" critics they are saying abt bp is what made bp and what build their "brand" if u would say. It's like something u just associate with them at first thought and i think it's not a bad thing. Besides, it's not like they are not growing as an artist just coz they want to show the one thing they are very good coz look we all just saw the way everyone elevated their skills and confidence in terms of rapping, vocals and overall stage presence.
So yeah... I believe Pink Venom is such a good pre-release cause it shows blackpink's color in terms of musicality and introducing us to a "new" blackpink that we will most likely get from the rest of the 2nd album and i am excited for it💕🤘

I would say this is one of the best choreography they've had in any of their song. There is just so much they put into it and individually they also added that extra sauce like you said
Between the dance videos for HYLT, On the Ground, and now this, ROSE is absolutely slaying the dancing.
I love how you said that the choreo is amazing and it suits them and the song. Because people are saying that the choreo isn't as impactful. And then I come in saying "what did you expect" Like YGE and BP are known for charsima on stage without needing to do hard choreography. And we got to be honest YGE isn't known for hard choreos. They are known for having fierce performers. That is why Lisa and Jennie share the center. Not saying he other girls don't have stage presence but these 2 are just unstoppable on stage. And yes Rosé and her hip movements are hypnotizing ^-^
For me..it's one of the most enjoyable BP choreo.
Choreos are about to show imagery and support the song. its not about being hard and crumping around like a lunatic.

Rose was very much underappreciated in this performance but my eyes were glued to her the whole time. Those hip movements and how she executes the arm/hand movements very elegantly???!!! Not to mention her hair had its own choreo in the outro. She's an equally excellent dancer as she is a singer. Grabe ang kendeng levels ni mem! Out of this world!! Loved your reaction as always!!!

The dance practice is just insanely good! The choreo is top notch, the execution is so precise and beautiful! The body lines, the attitude, the stage presence... I actually got emotional straight at Jennie's part..

Loved your reaction and analysis on this. I feel like this was their best dance practice video yet. One thing i realized too was, i think this was the first time they did choreo with backup dancers throughout the whole song. Usually, backup dancers would show up for the final part like KTL, HYLT, and LSG. I really loved seeing them all perform together throughout the song to really enhance the choreo with more forms and lines. This was an awesome dance practice, by far my favorite now.
Seeing you pov on the choreo makes me appreciate even more it’s actually very detailed while it my not be bone breaking like itzy gotta give credit where credits is due this is one of there best choreography and some people do t realize it’s hard to choreograph for only 4 people with different levels of experience with dance so props to bp choreographers
Lisa is an expert at travelling on stage whilst maintaining body lines, beauty and choreography. I’m always impressed by how smoothly she changes her position.

I like the drop, the tone they use is different and satisfying. I get what you're saying about the anti-drop but I find it nice. It's not head banging, which is what people want I guess. It's more like you're going to groove or grind to it.

the biggest anti drop is bigbang’s bang bang bang and it got me shivers the first time i heard it and it gives me new experience in music. pink venom is just like that i was so shocked but since i’ve experienced it before I LOVE how it sounds. people are not used to it so they were weirded out 😂
I absolutely love how attentive you are to details. I reacted the same way the first time I listened/watched the MV. I was bouncing together with the chorus from the first go at it. They are so synchronized in this is SO satisfying to watch!!! Their hips are truly moving on their own, it’s beautiful. They are PERFORMERS and it shows!!! In my opinion, mostly of those "blinks" who are complaining about this song and music video- like of how Teddy "recycles" music, the scene is just like from this and that, girls deserve better, outfits, lines and etc. They're the ones who always COMPLAIN. They used backup dancers for the whole song, they've never done that before (except for with their solo's) + like their way of dancing seems different too? I really liked the chorus, the start of the song with the instrumental was chefs kiss great and Jennies first part was cool! The la tatata outro part wasn't my favourite, singing la tatata is a bit boring, because we have heard that so many times. I only like when they included the "Straight to ya dome like" part, with the attitude and dance. Outros are too similar in so many YG main title songs (Boombayah, DDU-DU DDU-DU, Kill This Love, How You Like That, Ice Cream, BOY, I Love You, MMM, JIKJIN...), but otherwise the song was FUN! I think the MV was good, but the fashion and dance was the best!

Yeah when I first watched the dance practice I wished they did full choreo during their rap section to make it more powerful but ik they will bring the attitude & intensity just with their facial expressions and gestures anyway so won't really matter that much.
