November 2019 Garden Tour - Putting the garden to bed

As you imagine your future garden, think about what you will do at the end of the season. Now is a great time to dream and plan, plus explore all the seasons in your garden journey.
The Garden Tour video footage is from November 2019, and I’ve included some updates on the things I show.
Note how calm and quiet the yard is except for the dog that barks a few times. Also, note the spacious green space behind our home in 2019. That peaceful, calm, green space will change as I take you on the garden tours over the next few years. For now, enjoy where the garden was as we catch up on the tours to the present day, in the year ahead.
In 2020 we created four raised beds here in the city, and in 2021 began a food forest on a rural property. Be sure to subscribe as we take you on the journey of managing two properties.
