I feel like all UK services are terrible, I remember being in secondary school where I dislocated my knee & tore my MCL, emergency services were called but it took them 5 hours for them to arrive so I was on the ground for 5 hours in pain. My injury was during school lunch time, and I was still in school even after school ended 🤦♂.

In the current system of policing sadly Marti would have ended up instantly arrested and probably spent a good bit of time on remand for racially motivated disorder. I think he kept his cool for the right reasons. I can see what happened but the two tier police system would have done their best to look the other way in the case of the foreign attackers. Your average white Englishman has to be hard pushed to take to the streets where as some minority groups would riot at the drop of a hat so the police use this as an excuse not to pursue them and look the other way.
