- Hi, I’m Ami, and I am on a journey to lose the last 10-15lbs following the principles of the Starch Solution & Calorie Density! So far I have lost 55lbs eating this way and I wanted to document losing the final few pounds in the hopes that it is helpful to others on the same journey 😊
I am uploaded these videos DAILY in the hopes that is helps inspire you and reassures you that you can eat this was no matter how busy or crazy your life is. I am a working mum of two so if i can do it, you can too ❤️

Thank you for making these video. Ive managed to loose a stone and a half, and two inches of my waist. So im maintaining now. Love your mash and veggies with gravy. Its my favorite comfort meal.

I always combine my starch with veg, instead of keeping them separate like you do. Usually like a big salad with rice and beans or soup with rice/beans. If still hungry, I eat more starch after.

How do you season your veggies…especially in the morning? I like veggies but can’t seem to choke them down plain in the morning…so challenging for me. Any help you can share would be a blessing..thank you..and your beautiful baby..❤️🎉
Have fruit with your starch in the morning! That’s what I do instead!
She always cooks her morning veges in a fry pan with soy sauce and two cubes of pre frozen garlic plus a splash of water.
