You start the DLC campaign with all weapon mods fully upgraded, all Sentinel crystals and suit upgrades, and even the Unmaykr. You get it all even if you haven't gotten it in the main campaign.

If you're on console, turn off your console and turn it back on, when you launch Doom eternal it'll tell you it needs an update. Update it then launch, the Menu will look slightly different, press "The Ancient Gods" and it'll say you need to buy it (even if you have the deluxe edition, but don't worry) go to the store and if you have the deluxe edition, it'll say you already own it, and you'll just need to install.
I'm glad they still kept that DoomGuy is on God's side than this he listens to nobody type of mindset, he wants to help urdak, he wants to find the seraphim and get his instructions, and he wants to go to God for helping to get urdak back and to prevent a interdimensional catastrophe that can threaten existence itself.
