Here in the lower Ohio river Valley, which I can only assume the same elsewhere, is starting it's 4th week in this current Heat Wave, 97 F (36.11 C), 75% Humidity today, people going outside that's not acclimated will Die, think I'll just stay right here and watch Ms Sophie do her Mojo Empiriator, (You can cook on any metal surface outside that's exposed to the Sun)

To be honest, either you are trained Chef (couldn't find a better way to say it) or a very well self-trained 'Amateur'. Don't get me wrong, I'm singing you to high praises, tried out quite a few of your recipes and they are 'Lecker' 😀
What I see you do though, is the way you hold your fingers to cut stuff. And the way e.g. you cut the onions. I think a lot of people would be interested in 'the Finger holding' and the simple way you cut onions, the slicing and dicing. I would do a vid about that 🙂
Anyway, love your channel a lot!!!
