Thanks Claire glad you liked them. The clip on the back is a crocodile clip it opens up and goes back on easily, you also get a spare one with the vest too.
Thank you! That's a great shout, I'll pin this to the top of the film so it's clear for folks :) Love the poles, and the pack, use it all the time :)
@@wildgingerruns yes I saw you like wearing it - that is the best testament!! Hope you're good :)
I enjoyed watching and learning from this super video Claire , very easy to understand on how to use these remarkable Carbon Z walking sticks .
You're very welcome!
I've not run with poles yet - not adventured that far or high! Sometime soon I hope.
They're defo a good shout for longer stuff, but shorter less lumpy things nah :)
I like Harrier poles, have a set of Catbells and liked the original Helvellyns. Think I may want a pair of there for when I don't need my poles to hold up my tent and there is a load of downhill.
Cool, I think the PRO's would be able to hold a tent up too, they seem nice and sturdy :) Not bendy tho like the alu Catbells, so defo those are a safe bet aren't they!
@@wildgingerruns The Pros would work for a shelter, I just prefer alu for that. Pros look perfect for running though. Think I'll put in an Xmas request.
I think probably the long handles mean you can move your hands down each pole for going up a steep ascent.
Also a good shout, thanks GA!
What would you say is the main benefit of buying these over the non-pro version?
Weight - they are lighter
