Its tough times and sorry for that . prices rises can be difficult and what I do is do it often that is every 2 years and 1 year commercial…. Its hard I understand have you tried different area target different customers… When yoy get more customers dump those that jacked up your price increase in an instant.

It’s also good to watch on UA-cam people who actually do my lawns for a living because you can learn one or two things out of that I’m ways of doing stuff but there’s a guy in Sydney called Tim the mower man Seen some of the things he done specially with the long grass and that you can always learn something from that

Gday Geoff, a solo gardener here originally from Melbourne but these days I’m based in sunny Queensland . Absolutely love watching your videos and get excited to see my notifications pop up with your new videos . Just a quick question mate curious to ask what schedule you use for your work ? Do you use for example apple calender to organise your weekly run or another calender app . Many thanks and all the best mate . Matt

Thanks Matt thats so great ! I use Weekcal but theres so many out there, the apple calendar on the iphone is just as good and they sync to each other . I know there so many out there that send msg etc but this is above my pay scale !
So glad you love the channel and your support means so much !😊

    Awesome advice mate.
how do you get customers to sign up fortnightly? Every customer I come across wants it done under 70$ per month.. it's crazy they don't understand the toll it takes on you body and equipment. Also takes forever to try and fill my schedule.
    Cheap customers!!

Thank you yes I know it can be hard sometimes you may need to target a different area . my work is some 30 mins away and when i am there all my customers are mins apart … good luck
