Cause he knows about balance. He does commercial tunes to make money that goes into real grime. Same way bmw sells loads of 1 series to fund money for the big boy whips
Wiley has been in the scene for longer than anybody else. He's done that by using his current formula. Grime heads alone won't pay the bills. He produces a wide range of sounds /styles and keeps himself relevant without selling out... Not an easy feat.
Plus, I reckon his albums are strong

I get what you're all saying but its silly to say grime doesnt sell. Grime fans are the only ones rushing to see the albums drop. There is a balance obviously but i dont really rate any of his commercial shit at all. Ive always appreciated him but i feel his music in general is shit but still rate him high obviously.
