Zanskar to Kargil via Pensi La | Most Scenic Route | Largest Glacier of Ladakh
In this video, I covered a route from Zanskar to Kargil known as NH 301. This route is considered one of the most scenic routes I have ever seen. It features the impressive Drang Drung glacier, which is a source of the Stod River in Ladakh. Along the way, we visited Pensi La, where there are two twin lakes that are ideal for camping.
Our journey began at Gumbok Rangjan early in the morning. We passed through Purne, Padum, Zangla, Rangdum, Nun Kun view points, Drang Drung glacier, Pensi La, Suru Valley, and finally Kargil. I am looking forward to visiting this place again in the future, as the beauty and landscapes are truly unforgettable. Everything along the route was incredibly beautiful.
