Every time I am seeing this video, it's getting better and better ... Hats off to you for all the dynamism you bring with your videos .. Be it power BI or Power Query ... Your tricks and way of explaining things are superawesome ...
This is a great technique for reporting on KPIs. If it possible to use two different targets, so that the columns end up with three different colours? Red for under minimum target, Amber over minimum but under ideal target and Green for over ideal target
Hi, I'd like to implement this technique into my target sheet, however I do not have the same options... I assume it's a version difference. I currently have a line and column chart, columns are of a percentage of completed tasks of 3days or less. Target line to be 80%. I created my slicer table from 50-100. In my version I have a secondary Y axis, which I assume is for my line, but I am unable to get to work with my target table... Even if I were to not use a slicer but just a line set at 80, would suffice, but I still can't seem to find where or how to do this... Can you help please?
Hi Chandeep, first of all, I really love your videos. I learned tons of tricks from you. Thank you! Regarding this trick, conditional formatting as explained doesn't work for multi-legends Y-axis. Columns color option defaults to single color and the fx button disappears once you add another data set on the Y-axis. Do you have a work around for this software limitation?
Goodly had the On-Object Interaction turned on. If you are not using On-Object Interaction then the Constant line feature is found in the Visualisations pane under Analysis options
Hi, I am relatively new to Power BI and would really like to implement this. I am getting stuck on creating the measure/calculation for the conditional formatting though. When I am trying to create my measure it is only allowing me to select other measures! I can't seem to select the 'totalusers' (in my case a website count) in another table. Can anyone help me overcome this?
