My English Budgies are in a well lit room however I am wondering if I should add additional UV lighting especially when we have darker cloudy/rainy days? If so what lights do you recommend?

Can you take them outside in the sun for a few hours every day that's better? But yeah you can add uv light, use fluorescent tubes for the best source of diffuse light. UV improves your Parrot's psychological health. It can help towards stopping destructive behaviours.
