"mess" variations in siteswap 3 - juggling tutorial

- Upon request, I have made this video that shows how to juggle 6 different versions of 'siteswap 3' in mills mess... but none of them are actually the "real" mills mess! haha
These patterns are all remarkably similar to the "real" mills mess, because, like mills mess they are all just siteswap 3 with some cross-arm hoopla. If you are already comfortable with the "real" mills mess, most of these patterns should be easy to learn. Good luck!

intro
1:32
1st variation. The "n" ball and "u" ball switch places. Probably the most difficult variation in this video.
3:03
2nd variation. Some people call this "flo's mess." I call it "the reach-over." And other people still argue over trick names without accepting the fact that different people like to use different names, and it really doesn't matter...
4:23
3rd variation. "The reach-under." A slight variation of the "reach-over." Perhaps a bit more difficult.
5:13
4th and 5th variations. Same as the 2nd and 3rd variations, but with an inside throw where the outside throw used to be.
6:35
6th variation. This one actually IS the "real" mills mess... in backwards-land!!! hahaaa.. umm, yeah, it's time-reversed mills mess.

This video should be called "5 brain teasers for intermediate 3b juggler".
Great job. I am gonna learn all of these.
Our tutor gives one very good two-ball drill for the last pattern. I’ve been working on a two-ball drill for the upper part of the first. Shooting the hand under to catch and throw has been a hard habit to acquire.
@DiegoATpl They are home-made russian style balls. Search for my video titled "How to make: Russian style juggling balls" for instruction on how to make your own russian style balls.
@silverback7734 evan's lemma? no, never heard of it. I'll be looking forward to your video.
@mikehennellyh sure! My favorite is mills mess with behind-the-head throws.
This video is premium quality. Thank you Steve the juggler.
is there any body throw mess variations? (eg. back crosses, reverse back crosses)
The first one is awesome!!
Hey thanks for the video! I finally learned all of these tricks. Thought the variations were very unique, especially the first one and the reach under with the inside throw. You should also consider posting more videos with more variations like with weaving patterns or what not.
fuck I start doing the reach under variation and all of sudden I'm doing the first variation on this video, ahhh!!!
what is your real job man, you have outstanding skill, you can see every pattern really easily... Anthony GAtto cannot do what you do... In term on quantity of known pattern you are the best man

steve, you are the siteswap king. very cool tutorial.
all the tricks looks the same to me!!!

I'm embarrassed to say this, but I used to think flo's mess was the standard mills mess.
