You can make this with al dente cooked rice (saves eating the starch) and halves cooking time... add rice when veggies are half cooked. Would like your comment SOAF...
@ ohhhh I found a shop in Melbourne I could buy from. I got the same rice you have, some saffron and sweet smoke paprika. I purchased online and they are sending it out, I should get it early next week. So excited. I love that we have shops here in Australia that stock foods like this from other countries. This is all Spanish products. I’m so happy. Can’t wait to make this now.

If i use an induction/electric stove … what does low-medim or medium high mean? The scale is 1-9 🤷🏻♂️
low medium heat would be about 3 and medium high heat would be a 7, Much love :)
