I loved this game. I'll admit I consulted the internet, uh, let's say a few times, and it's important to know that a lot of the puzzle answers are randomized. Also, just because you know how to get the right answer doesn't mean it'll come to you right away. Check your math twice! I also think this could qualify as a horror game with a heavy lean into suspense. Thanks for this review for an underrated game
Watched this right after finishing the game myself recently…and man, what an unforgettable experience it was. Your review aligned well with a lot of the thoughts I had as I was playing the game as well. I respect all the creative liberties that the devs took with this, such as sticking with the directional input and one-button control scheme throughout (kinda running parallel with that retro controller seen when encountering those Laser-I consoles in the game).
For real, though, Simogo never misses. This just goes to show that every new game of theirs, whether it’s on mobile or console, is always worth the wait.
I really liked what I saw of this game during the stream and the visual aesthetic reminded me of avant-garde films from the 50s and 60s. I'll definitely be purchasing this one in the future when my budget allows it.

Oh man. It's like somebody wanted to make a game just about solving the hardest Silent Hill puzzles with the difficulty cranked up even higher. So crazy. Pretty neat. Probably too smart for my grey matter, but I'll def tell my brother about it.
Im currently stuck at just over 60% so im taking a break and seeing what the internet had to say about the game.
Loving it so far, I also got my mom hooked 😅😂

Is there any word on the performance of the Switch version? I don’t think it needs “blazing 60fps gameplay” by any means, haha, but just hoping that it runs at a stable framerate without crashes? I sidelined “Eiyuden” due to several crashes that caused me to lose not-insignificant gameplay progress (I’m 100% going back when patched), and I did the same with “Another Crab’s Treasure,” which I am thankful to say now performs much better in handheld mode following several patches. However… “Lorelei” is one that I want to dive into right away!!

The trailers for this game left me very puzzled as to what the game experience would be like. This was such a well-written review that I feel like I really do know all I need to know about this game. I Dream of Indie once again showing why they are some of the best game critics out there!
I didn't expect to be so intrigued, but you've reeled me right in. The only thing that has me a bit wary is the warning about "sensitive themes" at the beginning, but a quick browsing of the ESRB page (who'd have thought I'd ever use something like that?), and I think it'll be okay.
