Nice tutorial but for some reason neural filters do not work on my version of 2023. Whenever I click on them I get a orange circle with exclamation point in it in the upper left hand corner of the workspace. What I am doing wrong?
Are you connected to the Internet? They require network access for them to be downloaded but then can be used locally after that, and a few of them (Smart Portrait and Depth Blur) require some network access to work properly.
