- 8 hours of natural sleep with waves and full moon at night on Cabanas Velhas Beach located in southern Portugal. While relaxing with ocean sounds, you will close your eyes and gradually fall asleep. This video is ideal for those who have trouble sleeping after a busy day.
This is the single most relaxing video ive ever seen. I put this on my 70" Sony in my bedroom at night with a few scented candles lit and and the whole mood just knocks me out cold.

I've noticed in the last month or so, during my experiment with sleep quality using this soundtrack, that not only has my work performance increased...my memory has improved and overall happiness. Its truely amazing what high quality sleep does for the mind and body. Nothing like recharging the old batteries lol.
I just put it on my cell phone with ear buds and drift off to sleep. I don't need to see it.

Sleeping, after finding my boyfriend of almost 10 years dead in Saratoga Springs New York on January 6th, does not come easily. Nothing numbs the pain...I try to rise above finding his dead body...but the Image won't fade...I never got to say Goodbye or completely tell him how much I loved him ...it is as if I've lost something and can not remember where it is...EVERYDAY.

I love the light waves crashing down onto the soft and damp sand and the big full moon is shining on water it’s very relaxing and it got me felling pretty tired 💤

What I love so much about this video is that it's a REAL audiovisual recording of the ocean waves! Most of the other beach or ocean videos are doctored by using loops of audio with a separate video. But in this video, you can actually watch and listen to the actual waves as they wash up over the sand and slide back down. It is mesmerizing and deeply calming to watch and listen to.
I don't think it matters if there is looping, bc it is all CGI. But how can you really tell if there is looping or not? (Just curious-thank you!)
