Oh yeah, I wanted to comment again and say I fully agree about needing sleep, and the consistency especially. I used to be very nocturnal when I was in my chaos era, then after I had my son 6 years ago I started having night terrors and got on sleep meds. Then finally got off sleep meds at the beginning of this year and am taking natural supplements like magnesium and lemon balm. I still need a strict 9pm bedtime to function at 6am for school days. I need that routine and I will rarely let anything get in the way of it, if I can help it. It must be so hard for you especially with 3 kids and being solo most of the time. I'll send you the good vibes that Reign grows out of that phase soon!
I feel you. I hope it gets better for you. That's the same thing with my daughter. She has not she's three now, but she has not so good until she looks like probably like two and a half years old. That's what she started it.Little break up and cry like she's having nightmares, but she only does it if she goes to sleep early like around 9:00, but if she goes to sleep around 11:00, which I know it's not good, but she will sleep good. She won't do none of thatSo I still don't sleep good like cuz sometimes she still does it so I'm in like Mom mood. I'm just like not all the way to sleep because I'm listening out for her.But I hope it gets better for you. I know motherhood is hard.
Somehow I missed this video altogether so I'm watching anyway even though I know I saw your recent one. I definitely need a mood lifter today too, overwhelmed with life and stressors; literally bitten my nails off to nubs and feeling such a chemical imbalance. It usually happens every few months, regardless of my bipolar meds, I still have a few depressive episodes a year. Wishing you well, and for both of us to have better days🧡

We got a floorbed for when our oldest son was almost 2, it has been a help, just laying next to him or at his feet. Just the reassurrance that you are there is sometimes enough. Makes for better sleep for you too.
I don’t want to get in the routine of helping fall asleep, that personally didn’t work great in the future. I did that with my oldest but I do think a big boy bed could help when he’s ready ☺️

I’m the same way! I need my routine to function and keep it as strict as I can but life (and kids lol) have other plans! He’s doing much better now 💜
