    Concrete job looks great.
    You do a good job explaining about your operation. I notice you use barntalk , I'm a poultry farmer in Virginia and started with them about a year ago. Excellent service.

    As Kat is the farm manager, she needs more air time! One question: putting plastic under concrete prevents sweating when there is a large temp difference. Any particular reason why y’all did not put plastic under your concrete??

    Have you given any thought to water glassing your eggs in lime in a container and put it up in your basement.
    We have now packed up 2 jars of eggs and put them up for later when the chickens are not laying as much.
