MSC Seaside: Marketplace Buffet Food Tour

- We sailed on the MSC Seaside for seven nights in June 2023. The ship’s Marketplace Buffet was located on Deck 8 Aft, at the back of the ship. During our cruise, the restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and late-night snack. The Biscayne Bay Restaurant and Buffet was a second, smaller buffet located on Deck 16 midship, toward the back of the ship. During our cruise, the Deck 16 buffet had a smaller selection of food and was only open for daily breakfast, as well as lunch for Embarkation Day and days at sea.

Great video and a lot of hard effort went into making it! Did they have signage for the food? Some of the food looked very easy to figure out (pasta with pest0), but some of it just I had no idea. Thank you!

I think I'm going on the MSC Meraviglia. Will the food be pretty much the same?
I am going on the MSC Seaside in October. The Buffet does not seem that appealing to me, and I am not a picky eater. I am sure I will find some tasty items, but I don't think I have to worry about gaining weight. That's a plus.
I was on the MSC Seashore in November. The video doesn't do the buffet any justice. I preferred the buffet to the MDR. Everything was fresh, well presented, and very flavorful.

I dont understand why MSC get a bad rap on the food? Is looks great!
I agree this does look really good compared to the majority of cruises I've been on. Maybe the dining room menu isn't all that good?
It's because it doesn't change. It's also not as flavorful as other cruise lines
Just off seaside food terrible too much salt allocated restaurants terrible
sorry but most of the food in that buffet looks disgusting.
