It seems like it's subtracting 1 stat range (like 21 - 40 to 21 - 39) in tattoos per 250 of the plus stat... So like 1000 of the plus stat would have the range of 21-36

Once I saw how well your sever placed in Chaos War I'm like either Elia got knighthood or they had very close wins. The next day video about your knighthood also a lot of our player got knighthood between Class wars and Chaos Wars but I'm sure Shay told you.
