If you spray hand sanitizer on the ticket and wipe with a baby wipe. As the wipe dries off it will take off the entire laminate from the ticket if you keep wiping.

It's easy if you fold the ticket down to keep the winning numbers showing. This will get rid of the hump your trying to scratch over.
