The Olaf thing is just a short movie. They made it because they are totally losing their fanbase to age and boredom, so they need to reinvigorate the franchise by creating a cheap short film while they spend a lot of time and money to make a great film for Frozen 2, which will come out in November, 2019 (yes you read that right, 2019)
