I'm not him but I can explain. First of all if enemy is too squishy and not full of point and click skills you can up Q for dealing more damage in less time. And for youmu it's mostly depends on your choice but if you wanna focus on one guy at early (You upped Q so you will) youmu is better at chasing matters since you have ghost instead of flash. And Cashback is more worth at late game but your games are not lasting long than you can choose magical footware

as you can see, this game is in low diamond elo, so quiyi tend to play more aggressive, focus more on fighting instead of farming, so he just gonna rush youmu, and without profan early, he has to evolve q to speed up his farming
