This is the next group of pigs going yo our processor Quapaw food service.

We are doing some genetics testing this round of hogs. We will be having several pigs of each of the 3 breeds of pigs in this group cut up into pork cuts so we can look at the color and marbling in the meat. We will focus on the pork Ribeye cut as this will show the most obvious marbling.
