From what I know… the golden head is supposed to have a white outline arround it, like a head within a head, not just gold. The white squares are supposed to be crisp. The distance from the bottom squares to the golden line as well as the top ones to the golden line is supposed to be EXACTLY the same… you can google for other tell tell signs, but here’s a few…. Hope it helped 😎👍

Yes, your correct! The Cohiba is counterfeit, the spelling is correct. There're many other problems as well, it was a gift just enjoy it. Also, remove the Cohiba from your humidor more often they have not been treated like the true banded Cuban cigar. They might have tobacco beetle larvae.If they hatch, they will destroy all of your cigars.

I am a fan of almost any Aj Fernandez. My flavor preference is dark, rich, spicy, and convenient enough. It is what Aj's is known for. Cohiba, i'm on the fence with. I've only purchased a 5 pack of red dots, and the draw was super tight on 4/5, and it ruined the flavor. I recently purchased a couple of 5 pack samplers of Cohibas, so I am hoping for a better experience. I have had quite a few Perdomo's and enjoy many of them, but the 10th Anniversary Champagne isn't one of them. They sadly do not fit flavor preference, and i found them to be too light in flavor. Oliva V series was one of my first cigars, and I wasn't a huge fan, but now that I have more experience behind the ash, I am eager to try them again. Cheers!

The ones I've smoked I've smoked until I could not tolerate the burning draw from my lips. Loll. I agree with you on the Red Dots. I mean, for me it was an okay smoke but not like oh wow! I bought them just because it can in a sampler pack, but I was like " Ok cool, I'm getting some Cohibas" but I've only smoke one. Perhaps I will smoke another one to see if my thoughts change about the Red Dots. If not I will save them for my non and novice cigar puffers. They will be impressed with the Cohiba name showing how much of a brother they mean to me because I was willing to give them a Cohibaaaa? LOLL. Know I smoke full strength and I also could appreciate and light Connecticut with flavor and not cardboard. The Perdomo Champagne gives me that. But also I like it on certain nights after a meal, smoke the Leather Rose from Drew Estate. I could do without the sweetened tip, but it tasted amazing and the aromatic Aroma is truly pleasant. It's like the Free Will cigars. I like them a lot. It's strong, and if those not used to it will say that they taste like crap! Loll. I love them and a few I've talked to said that they were not able to smoke the first 3rd of the cigar. The V and G I love to, but many will say that they taste horrible. It was a gift from a dear friend and therefore it holds a great personal value to me, just like the Padron you saw. That was a gift from another great friend. I will buy the same one to smoke it but those cigars that were given will never be smoked. Unless God forbids one of my brothers passed away. Then I will smoke that cigar in his honor, even that nasty tasting counterfeit. Loll. It was not a tolerable smoke at all, and I've smoked some nasty cigars that I actually had finished. Loll. @ Fakes always have a bad reputation but to me as you said it’s about the sentimental value. You obviously have something beyond friendship and that is so hard to come by. At the end of the day a cigar is a cigar (even if it’s putrid) and smoking it with someone you consider a brother is still going to be a great experience. Best to you and your brothers.

Unfortunately, your Cohiba cigars are fake. The head isn't centered. The gold hovers over the white part. Your cigars have a lot of white showing on the top of the head. Also, the top and bottom gold bands are supposed to have a hologram. Awesome humidor and collection!

Cool tour man! Love the sharp closeups on the bands, not many do that. The humidor itself is awesome. Those cohibas are definitely fake, but cubans kind of suck anyways, way overpriced and very inconsistent with construction. Better off just buying nicaraguan or honduran.

The Cohiba is as fake as they come! First thing is there is no holographic indian head or holographic edge with the name and indian head in it. Should have 9 white squares and will flawlessly match up in back where the band meets. Those are just a few details to look at.

You gotta get the LA Aroma de Cuba Noblesse. Its far better than the Mi Amor. I recommend the Perdomo Anniversary cigars to. I love the 10th anniversary maduro.

@ you have all good smokes in your humidor, I’ve been smoking since 2005 and believe it or not I haven’t got around to the Camacho corojo yet. Ive had all the old original camachos when it was Camacho making the cigars instead of now davidoff. But I had the new Camacho broadleaf that’s a good cigar

In Spanish Habana is correctly spelled with a b. But yeah, it could be a counterfeit even if he bought it in Cuba.

Cuban Cohiba cigars have a smooth, tight wrap. I remember well because my dad used to have a box of them. Yours don't look right, they're more wrinkly.

Hello brother! Thank you so much. I figured they could be counterfeits but since the person that gave them to me is a dear friend I keep them there. Just like the Padron, it too was a gift from an on brother and it just holds a place in my heart. I did put those two in the freezer for 3 months. But maybe it would be wise to create a sealed display of some sort and have the fake Cohibas as decor. Thank you so much for that. Also thanks for your support. Blessings my brother.
The Cohiba is as fake as they come! First thing is there is no holographic indian head or holographic edge with the name and indian head in it. Should have 9 white squares and will flawlessly match up in back where the band meets. Those are just a few details to look at.

@gusonebear No problem. I was gifted a fake copy before. I cut it open and it was full of garbage tobacco. They are the most counterfeited cigar out there I guess. You gotta get the LA Aroma de Cuba Noblesse. Its far better than the Mi Amor. I recommend the Perdomo Anniversary cigars to. I love the 10th anniversary maduro.

I've tried all the San Cristobal and La Aroma de Cuba series. Love each and everyone of them. I just didn't have any in my humidor when filming the video. @ you have all good smokes in your humidor, I’ve been smoking since 2005 and believe it or not I haven’t got around to the Camacho corojo yet. Ive had all the old original camachos when it was Camacho making the cigars instead of now davidoff.
But I had the new Camacho broadleaf that’s a good cigar
