I’m rlly scared I’m going on June 6 and I wanna cry. I sound pathetic i know but I’m really terrified. I don’t know if I should get in or not because I’m scared.
For those who are worried you won't like it. I will give my honest opinion about my experience. I do not like drops because of how EXTREMELY uncomfortable they make me (since your organs can move a bit during drops). That, mixed with the fear of dropping and fear of heights made this ride completely unbearable for me. I was so busy enjoying the scenery I didn't even notice when I walked into the building for this ride that it was the old Tower of Terror (last time I visited Disneyland I was 5, that was 20 years ago to be fair). I strapped in with my boyfriend and didn't realize until maybe 10 seconds before the ride started that it was a drop zone. I completely had a panic attack and was crying on the ride as well as screaming that I wanted to get off and to make the ride stop (obviously I knew that wasn't happening, the fear of being stuck on the ride the entire time made me panic more). Best thing to do though that I wish I did is to just embrace it and DONT close your eyes. I closed my eyes and it made every drop so much more scary and made me focus on the extreme uncomfortable feeling in my body every drop. Lift your hands and try to remember that nothing will happen and youre safe. Scream if you have to when you drop so that you can distract yourself from how your body is feeling.
I went on this alongside Incredicoaster twice on the same day. It's really not that scary if you've gone on some of the rides that Cedar Fair or Six Flags have to offer. I've gone on plane rides that have scarier moments of airtime then this, but it's really just fun to go on.
This ride TERRIFIED me! I don't like big drops/roller coasters. 😅 Which should be considered ironic because I used to LOVE that kind of stuff as a little girl.
@@corygoldfarb4661 tbh, there's coasters with much bigger drops than this. If you do go, remember that you're totally safe and nothing bad is going to happen.
The worst thing about this cashgrab overlay is that then took away the scaryness of the ride, the whole atmosphere is gone.. this is slightly better with monsters after dark but still... It clashes so much with the surounding area in the park. From elegant Hollywood hotel to a thorn in the eye
It's litterally in avengers campus Also I can make an unsubstantiated claim too: "ToT was ugly because it was just a yellow block with some scratches and a sign" See how easy it is

I’m not great with big drops but really want to do this, how big are the drops and does it go all the way to the top and drop all the way down?
The biggest drop is 130 feet. It’s super worth it, and I’m terrified of drops.

My favorite ride in DCA by far! I went on it the first time a year and a half ago, and instantly feel in love with the ride 😍
Radiator springs is good too
I went in this ride so much got to a point where in I WISH i was faster 😂
