      Ingredients:
      3 Cups of Basmati Rice
      4 Cups of Homemade Tomato Sauce
      2 Medium Red Onions ( Thinly Sliced)
      1/4 Cups of Virgin Coconut Oil
      2 Cloves Of Garlic
      3 Cloves Of Whentia ( Grains of Selim)
      1 Calabash Nutmeg
      Thumb Size Ginger
      2 bay leaves
      1/2 teaspoon aniseed
      1/5 Cup of cray fish ( dry smoked shrimp)
      1/2 Tablespoons of Dawadawa/ Locus Beans
      1/4 Cup of petit bell chilis
      1 tablespoon is Salt
      1/2 teaspoon of crushed black pepper
      1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
      1/2 teaspoon of cumin
      1 whole red bell pepper (1/4 chopped for garnish, the rest for blend)
      1/4 of green bell peppers for garnish
      1/2 red onion chopped for garnish
