No they have regular vocalist and Mie is always sings for Get in the Ring but they are collaborating with other vocalists too and in this case she is making duet with Ranko who is the main member of Butaotome.

Started reading Nakatani Nio's manga in anticipation of the anime adaptation, and this song immediately came to mind. Crazy how that works.
If Touhou had an anime in the 80's, this could be a nice ending theme.
