I worked in a Camera Store for 16 years, the benifits did not balance with all the hoops I had to jump through. often we mistreated customers in favor of meting sales goals. to me, getting the right camera for a customer is more important than making money.
Mark Plott nice. it's a great thing when you put all of your heart on your work instead of money.
Susilowati Yahya yea, the Bosses and managers hated me for that, always pressuring me to screw over the customer to get more sales. they could not fire me because I came to work everyday even when not feeling well, always helped the customers get the best deal for them.

Susilowati Yahya well I'm retired/disabled now . I'm not rich but I'm comfortable. I feel I paid my dues an served out my penance . time for me to relax. I still take photographs of nature where I find it. no pro but for my enjoyment, I appreciate beauty in nature.

John Rhyes-Davies, haven't seen him since LoTR. Loved his acting ever since 'Sliders'.
Also, haven't seen Laroquette since the flop 'Richie Rich'.

They probably could have made a better movie if this movie was about how Camera stores went out of business or if it was about Photography Majors buying expensive cameras from websites or if art schools did.

IT's all right, I mean, it doesn't tell the whole story in the trailer or give any spoilers and leaves me wanting some more but, what is the plot!??! Is it based on a true story b/c that would probably make it more interesting.

I've seen this film and it's very realistic, the scenes, characters, life struggle, the soundtrack. Easily one of the best movies for me.

When I was a kid going to the camera store was as regular as buying stamps every week. The old and the young people really are more different than ever right now. Young people can say want they want but we'll be gone soon and this planet is all yours.

Not quite sure, but based on what I heard on the trailer, cameras are going digital and he is still selling Film cameras. This could mean they're losing business. But I don't know. Seems like an interesting movie.
That;s because this is a GOOD trailer!!!
It's a murder mystery set in an older mall that still has a film camera store in it. The murder mystery occurs right around the Christmas and New Years holidays. John Larroquette stars as the manager of that film camera store and he finds clues via the film negatives to not only who the murderer was but also, in a dramatic twist, who was murdered. Meanwhile, the owners wife, played by Cheryl Ladd, is a seductress that comes along and "complicates" things for John. Then the owners son shows up and does the same exact thing. As a spoiler, and I truly hate to do this because with this information you will pretty much know the ending to the film if you watched the trailer close enough, John Rhys-Davies is actually an alter-ego to John Larroquette. They are one and the same except that one John is pure evil and the other one isn't. Can you tell which is which?

This was when fcamera turned from film to digital, cheaper to produce, therefore cheaper to sell. A lot of film users had ego's that film was best so they stuck with it and sunk, that's the premise of the movie.
