Excellent point about attempting to force stillness. Even when I near the end of a deeper meditation, my soul is longing to participate in life's activities even more.
THANK YOU. I've had so many "non-duality"-channels on my UA-cam front page lately now, and it is just as you described (which I haven't found the right words for) that they are stuck on describing (or trying to describe) reality.

The true meaning of non-duality is that there's no separation between you and reality, between you and the universe. The sun, the moon, the stars, the planets, the spirits, they are all within you. Everything can be accessed within, you don't have to separate yourself and look without.

Thank you! How do you relate to the inner bliss love state, is that something you think is worth for people to achieve? Because I find myself wanting to frantically wanting to help everyone else, but always come to the realisation that if I want to help the world I first must help myself. At the end of the day one only have one's experience of this reality (if that doesn't feel good we seek outward). How would you connect that to actually going out to actively create karma in the external world?

100% agree ( if i understood correctly your point )...you gotta put your word out, your energy out, your point, focus where's needed. Everybody focusing and expressing their thoughts , sharing the same feeling. It always confused me this 'non duality' self realisation just by meditating?! How about others that need help , shouldn't we focus on them, our thoughts ( prayers if you will ) ?? Or just think about nothing, nothingness, silently await for inner evolution/elevation? Where the colective consciousness fits in ? I'm trying to heal my inner self but guess what ?! Isn't working very well , considering the world that we're in and what's happening. So, basically what a lot people say is : don't think about it, it will go away , or stop , or fix it self. Really? I mean , could very well be but its not working for me.
