Eric I'm glad I watched your videos and bought the beringer great price for a great speaker. Your tubing suggestion made the sound perfect. Everything is balanced and crisp
Sub I suggest go for turbosound. Personally I love the tone of m18b. But this subwoofer is small in power and need to avoid peaking it. IQ18B is bigger in power but the tone not as good as m18b. Behringer sub generally lower in performmace
Thank you for the wonderful job you did.You have help me buy a great sounding speakers the Behringer dr 115 DSP they actually sounds like 1000€ speakers thank you Sir 👍
Hello sir. I have two Behringer dsp 115, do you think LD icoa 15 bt, would be an extra power and fidelity? Between LD icoa 15 bt vs EV zlx 15bt vs HK audio sonar xi what would you choose? Thanks
I would have to hear each one after about two hours and both amps have reached their max before deciding which one sounds better. Initially the Behringer seems to sound better but it may sound like crap after a while compared to the Turbosound.
i have 2 behringer neo 812 and i used them a lot, for 6 years now, no issue so far....never clip on me, normaly i do not pass midle power knob, they are 12 inch sub, if you are playing house music a sub should be add, but as a mobile dj, alone carrie gear i do not use subs. i miss bass somentimes , but is the same with other speakers as well
I need some experts here, how would the behringer compare against the rcf 735mk4? How could it be that both are 1400w with the rcf being 132db and the behringer 136db but the rcf is about more of double the price? Would they compare? I have a pair of 735mk4 and thinking of getting rid of them and buy a pair of dr 115dsp with a pair of dr118 subs for dj gigs, it will be much cheaper instead of me getting a pair of rcf subs, but will the sound/clarity/volume be as good as the rcf having in mind that the behringer is 4db louder than the 735 ? I can get a set of a pair of dr115dsp with a pair of dr18dsp at the same price as my pair of rcf 735mk4
The max SPL is hard to replicated in real life. Assume the data is accurate, the reading is taken in a million dollar anechioc chamber. SPL is a measurement of loudness. Please do not assume higher SPL means sounds better. I never listen to rcf before but i would beleive the sound quality will be not bad for a reputable brand. My advise is for you to stay with RCF and not change to behringer
I think you are exaggerated. But I would guess the woofer will be around 400 watt to 500 watt. And tweeter will be around 50w to 80 w. You need bigger power amp to match the transducers.
@@ericcheesaihoo On the LF driver of the IQ15 there is a code: TS-15W1000B4, which let’s me think it’s 250wRMS, the 1000 being the peak rating... and probably 4 ohm LF driver. Have tried to research what the RMS ratings are, but no luck. I wish Turbosound stayed with true RMS / dB SPL ratings, and not these exaggerated sales ratings Behringer uses.
Turbo will get a lot louder, the high end is a lot smoother as well, at high volumes with recorded music it will be much nicer on the ears. Definitely a bit harsher on that DR115. Not bad though. You've also got the Behringer set a bit louder. Ironically both are made by Behringer anyway haha
Both speaker have different tone. It's hard to get same volume. If the volume is balance in the mid frequency, the more aggressive high frequencies from DR tend to sounds louder. I hope you get what I mean.
Let assume the limiter is properly set to the Peak Or RMS of the drivers, not sure what it can be updated via software. Or it could be the issue of drivers or the amp power? To me, DR limiter works fine if the bass is toned down so the bass can be played from a subwoofer
Yeah, the high frequencies especially around 4 khz to 8 khz really stand out in dr115dsp. iq15 has quite warm sound which is the trademark sound of turbosound
you cant accurately do reviews like this, youre sticking ALL that sound into a mic, which severely limits and colors the sound. this is almost like comparing 2 steaks, but before you eat it, you have to put them in a blender and add ketchup.
this is my best way that i can share it out to you guys "via online". if you find it useful, then it good reference. if you think it is rubbish, you just skip it. I must say this is not a review as no comment from me was presented. yes, i do agree this is an inaccurate test comparison. the best way still to visit showroom to compare them both. Feeling the movement of air particles hitting the face and body is a massive different than hearing with a headphone, earphone or studio monitor.
Turbosound sound here too boxy whlie Behringer more open and if the highs could be tamed inside the box it is better. It seems like the turbosound was designs for kind of electronic music in mind but wouldnt want that boxiness in a live show.
tragedy. I think Behringer did this test himself. Turbosound Iq is better, it is stronger. TS iq does not clip, does not peak. Powersoft amplifier with klark technik is inquatory solutions. Behringer is not tragic but it is not suitable for concert performances, that is why no one plays Behringer. Turbosound is regularly used on stage.

@@ericcheesaihoo what subwoofer would you suggest for it ?

whats the vocal effects? modulation and reverb?
The Iq 15 is much fuller and clear sounding
I agreed!
Anyone can tell me if the beheringer gets lil hot after a few hours using them at high volume lets say 7 or 8 hours ?😅
It will because the rear panel is a heatsink to dissipate the heat from the amplifier
Im so glad i went with behringers
Good for you
Im confused and surprised the behringer sounds a lot better? Definitely more open more clear and the presence is there
They are opposite in audio tone

Welcome
amigo.. como haces con el limitador.. en el mio a poco volumen ya parpadea.. como esta t configuración?
I like the sounds of Behringer, I think best sound for the Band😁 136db is insane I love it less peak for the band who play louder🤘🏿🤘🏿

I tested zlx before. I prefer its sound tone more than behringer. If your choice is purely on sound tone
Thanks sir!
How about the DR 112 ? Izit good?

Sir I want to buy the dr115dsp for home use and parties for 50-100 people, is it good and loud and reliable
It's loud. Sound quality is not my taste. Reliability i have my reservation
Vote for Beh. Clear Sound, Half Price...
👍
What about dsp comparison?
IQ has much advance dsp
2500 watt? hahaha.

it's not normal, because even the Turbosound Milan M12 sounds better than your behringer
I agree. However sound is subjective. There are people like the sound of behringer too
@@ericcheesaihoohow about if iq15 compare with jbl eon 715..which win?
I think the comparisons should have been normalized because perceived loudness can come off as better sound.
Not possible due the frequency response is wildly varies.. This was match at same level around 1khz to 4khz
DR115 DSP IS MUCH MORE CLEAR WITH ITS OUTPUT.
IQ15 news good tweeters and it's opponent needs good woofer.
Behringer Cool😀😀😀

Turbosound iq15 - 649$ , Behringer Dr 115 Dsp- 262$ ( Thomann)😂
That's all the comparison...
Give credit to DOOVIDAS for the purple rain song it's his video
Lots of midrange resonance and boominess on the behringer, turbosound much better
Turbo ✅✅✅💯💯💯💪
The first song is a very obvious difference. Not so much the later ones
Is it me or the Turbosound one sounds muffled ?
Behringer is actually very bright hence you felt turbo muffled
name songs?
Behringer é a melhor caixa
The iq is more profound and clear for me
Behringer is available here in Phillipines
Behringer sounds great for a cheap speaker
