Salam, Low GI is not low glutamate .. pl correct her . Its low glycemic index . Also she couldnt differentiate the key points between both types of breads. Multi grain could be made brown or low GI bread too .

I must appreciate your efforts towards raising awareness towards commercial foods.
I as a student of nutrition must however, clarify one thing for everyone. Even if a bread does not contain sugar, it is still pretty much just that as the bulk of it is made of WHEAT grain which is Carbohydrates and it's SIMPLIFIED version is SUGAR, hence, it WILL definitely raise blood sugar levels upon consumption. The fiber from whole wheat bread,however gradually releases glucose in the blood stream, so sudden sugar spike is somewhat avoided.

The bakery owner keeps referring to the GI abbreviation labeled on the bread as Glutamate. Glutamate is a chemical found in the body that has nothing to do with blood sugar levels/diabetes. GI in medical terminology stands for “glycemic index” which is a measure of the insulin response to food. Low GI as labeled on the bread means that the bread will induce a lower insulin spike which is good for diabetics or people on keto etc . GI does not stand for glutamate. Hope this helps :))

Nadia plz make a video on vitamins which females can take for their hair n skin. Have a lot of hair fall since few weeks . Just trust your advise as I know u cant misguide.
