Ski mask was the perfect follow for JID destroying the cypher. The fact that he did it without a beat and carried it with his personality alone broke the cypher into two cohesive parts that don't detract from each other. It also helps that JID was clearly a fan of Ski Mask and hyped him up before he had to jump in acapella. The only other Cypher that could have gone after JID would be Dababy's 2 minute verse.
