I have used plum retinol serum and( it's been a year i have stop using for no reason) and my skin react well only dryness was there(which my skin usually that way) and i want to go for 0.1% . Can i go for 0.1% or shall I go for 0 .05%

Hello there,
If you feel your skin is a bit sensitive or dehydrated, then go lower...that's 0.05%. Start from there. That will be safer. Otherwise since you have used Vitamin A before as well, go for 0.1%.

Hi. I am using 0.2 percent encapsulated retinol at present. Is it recommended I go directly to 0.5 percent retinal?

If you have been reacting well to .2%, why not? But pls start with a small amount. Use in the night. Don’t forget sunscreen next day.
