- It is very important to set it up correctly from the start so it works and we get exactly the amount we need.
There are few steps before to set the pen for use and few steps after to set for each shot.

Could someone explain why I can’t get any penetration from the pen.
@@infokeys7740 Can be a few reasons but a couple main ones for me initially were these: 1. Make sure you are resetting the pen pressure after every injection spot. 2. If you are doing the standard advised 1 line (0.1) setting, try using 1.5 lines or even 2 instead (this was key for me).
One other thing I noticed made a difference, was the quality of ampules I used. Some just work wonderfully and others not so much. The ones I got from shape of beauty have been the best I've tried yet.

I'm a little confused I want to use it for my fat chin. It seems that they recommend using 0.2ml how many turn 2? Once I press the button I twist it two more for 0.2ml?

thanks for the video really explains how to use it. Just curious if there is no needle how does it goes through the skin of the lip? I mean how does it penetrates into the area you are using. My understanding it's shooting out the liquid...
It doesn’t have the needles but the product is forced under the skin with pressure, that’s why it’s safer then needles because the product gets spread and it doesn’t go to deep. No danger of hitting a vain.

Hi Victoria, this is the only right way, you have to twist first to align the product, otherwise nothing will come out and that would be the wrong way
Dose these pens come with ampule !! If ampules are not reused then how to get them ? Should I use normal Fillers available in market !!
Hello dear, you have to purchase the ampules separately and yes they are for one treatment (you can refill it for one treatment but if you want to use another day you have to use new one) I buy them from Aliexpress. As for the filler it has to be the specific one for meso or lip filler

Hi, normally you can use 1 on lips, depending how much bigger you want, you can repeat later also by adding more. So my guess is you would need more then 1ml.
As for malar bags filler won’t help. Malar bags happens when your skin looses elasticity and drops with age and gravity exposing the bags that you normally don’t see when you are young. I would say threads for lifting, microneedling for collagen induction and mesotherapy, Hifu or plasma

Is the ampul reused or as a needles?
I don't use the needle because it's only for loading the ampule and there is another way to load without. As for the ampule I don't reuse after the treatment. I reload it in the same treatment but don't keep for another day.

Just try it somewhere on leg and see how it feels. It’s not that bad 😊

So what happens is hyaluron pen “injects” filler under pressure spreading it what is similar to spray therefore it cannot cause breakage or blockage to a vessel. It can cause bruising which is normal especially if you are sensitive to bruising or take pain medications before. What CAN cause damage to vessels is injecting filler with a needle when filler goes in one place causing vascular occlusion.
Vascular occlusion was never reported using hyaluron pen
