what if one submits request for notice period but after serving the notice period does not want to leave the job!

Ma'am banks mai FD pr generally interest kaise count hota h i mean monthly or quarterly or yearly. Let's say if interest is 6% then banks give 6% every quarter or adjust this 6% as per time? Waiting for you reply
Bank employees get 1% more rate than public.
If FD rate Is 6% for public, then it will be 7% for staff
Calculate yearly basis pr hota h....and according to ur need that annual interest can be divided and paid monthly , quarterly or yearly basis into ur account

Yes leaving one bank to join just another is meaningless
Everyones priorty is not same...
1. Career growth limited in RRB.
2. Exposure to different sectors.
3. Other organisations would prefer PSB over RRB since RRB is mainly dealing with rural part.
RRB mein you only get rural postings..end of story. When everyone is moving from villages to City, you move from a city to Village. Makes no sense..
