How the hell can INEOS question ten Hag when they haven't even worked with him, they need to understand that these Manager/head Coach guys are not employees like club's own structure, they are the outside talent, the specialists hired to do the job. INEOS needed their people because they were installing structure, but managers are like players, there's a degree of separation, and he has already proved in his career that he can work in structurally sound clubs. INEOS need to install and start refining their structure and work with ten Hag to justify sacking him now because he has proven that when he was working alone in the club, without recruitment head, without director of football, without an experienced technical director, without an efficient medical department, without sensible scouting head. Ten Hag ALONE in management, managed TWO TROPHIES in TWO years. It's the INEOS that needs to prove that they are capable of building a structure to attract quality managers like ten Hag by showing they can work with him, Ten Hag will win trophies wherever he goes, because the industry saw him win 2 cups at United without a structure.

Sacking ETH for a McKenna,Poch or Thomas Frank is a step back. Don’t get me wrong I want Ten Hag out but the names we are linked to are so risky. First of all this season was what was going to happen last season if Ten Hag didn’t adopt to a more pragmatic style of play to get points on the table but even then we had some performances with free flowing football. This season i believe he tried to adopt to his style of play and up the intensity. But some of these players are not physically or mentally there yet for that style yet. A clear example is Casemiro and Eriksen. If Ten hag tried to go back to what we did last season we are never going to progress as a team. They have been periods where we have been like a Ten Hag team and though they have been short we can’t deny that. Against spurs at OT that first half we all saw it we were on them. But we then dropped off physically. Whoever we appoint as the next manager shouldn’t go to a pragmatic style to get points on the board we are done with that

Team. The only time we had a full team with the best defense pairing resulted in a 4 or 5 game win streak. Never to replicate until the final minus Casa. We have to give this process under Ten Hag led management and strategies. We can do this next season!

So you can push a restart button with a new manager that you have 0 guarantee with or give the guy that gave back to back trophies and 3 finals, knows the players, is known for being one of the best manager developing youngsters, and ofcourse will try to end up higher position

Amrabat was the 2nd half MOTM for me in the final (Mainoo 1st half) but his hip movement is worse than Maguires. His passing is below average & his mobility is average. We need someone much better as the starting DM.
