Of course the sound is amazing, as it was composed, produced and post-processed by one of germanys best producer/mixing/sound design engineer. Listen to it "dry" in other peoples reviews, sounds nothing like what you hear here.
This looks like the best “drum machine” released by Ujam so far. My only concern is what genres it can service. I do like eighties sounds but not exclusively. I like a drum machine that can service multiple genres through the 80s up to the present time. I hope someone puts out a UA-cam video that shows the extent of the presets. Maybe UDI audio will. He usually covers Ujams instruments in detail.

The Beatmakers series are highly useful and quite intuitive devices with good patterns and presets always. Latch, thank you. Great midi drag n' drop that works unlike Playbeat 3 midi drag n' drop that fails in Reason, not exactly sure why but might be related to Reason's lack of full midi support tbh. Great sounds! BTW - I've tried the settings for the "Eilish" kit at 2:06 and the individual parts don't correlate. Sounds like the kick and snaps are from other kits in the library, or is this entire preset?
unfortunately, i almost always select individual kit pieces, so the displayed kit wont really help much. all i can say is that the sounds are all from the plugin, so the snaps are probably individual kit pieces on the perc 1 and perc 2 keys (judging from the keys being triggered on the backbeat)? likely also hard panned via the individual outs.

@@ReginaldKSon I own Rico and it's decent for reggaeton and dancehall. However, it doesn't cover roots reggae, lovers rock, Dub, two-tone, etc. Afrobeats is also big now and it can be included in the mix.
I own a few Beatmakers. Why is 95% of the sample volume knob between values 1-60 ? And more importantly, how can I get linear gain from 1-100 ? Also we're still missing a pan control per sample!
Hi DrGroove, thanks for your feedback! Some of the samples are already pre-panned and in the Mix presets you will also find autopan effects. If you still looking for an option to pan individual drum sounds, you can take advantage of the multi-out feature and route the sounds into your DAW mixer.
