As if he didn't know his brother was competing. I believe Geoege didn't know, but Kelly knew- and Guy certainly knew (and after rewatching, I'm amending my comment to include Delta, who also knew). All 3 knew him and probably knew in advance that he was competing. It shouldn't be allowed for first-degree relatives of judges to compete, in my opinion. His voice is technically fine, but he lacked something special for me that several others had, like Timothy James Bowen. It takes more than a good voice to be a star, which is why he didn't win the first time, and in my opinion he should stick to being in a band, which would take him down a different path, but one which could still be a successful one. When I listen to him sing without watching him, his voice is forgettable.

@@28_satryohafidzfathanmufli53 they're wrong, but entitled to their opinion. If they would listen to how much he improved since his first audition, they might get it. He's got a great voice, and great control. There was some stiff competition too. But he was a great performer that could do it all.
Chris was a clear winner early but he still worked his tail off! I would love to see Sapphire again because her voice is majestic as well. One of my favorite performances of the season was the duet of Titanium between the two. Great Job.

Being from the USA, I have no idea who Guy Sebastian is. Aside from them looking like twins, I'm going off of his vocals alone. WOW!!! This man's voice just gives me goosebumps! From song 1 in this entire video, I could not stop watching him. His VOICE completely sucks you in wanting more!! And I could not get enough!! So to anyone saying he even remotely won because of who his brother is, try again!!! I would drive hours to go to see him perform!!! Congratulations Chris!!! Chris’s tone during Titanium was absolutely beautiful. He went up against someone who has just a beautiful voice. The runs were also so clean and very satisfying to hear. He did such a beautiful job.

The fact that Guy recognized Chris's voice and smiled but still waited for another judge to turn first shows that he's not biased. Plus Chris's voice is out of this world from the blind audition to the finals he deserved this win.
Guy Sebastian was so proud to see his brother Chris grow out from under his shadow to emerge as a true artist on his own merit. Chris earned that win. And now he will headline just like Guy.
I saw it right away why is that guy getting so excited and didn't even let his brother I kept looking at both of them then I said I think that's his brother no wonder he was so excited brotherly love wish them both lots of luck and success

Chris Sebastian is such a great singer. His vocals are insanely good plus his commanding stage presence. I can't even imagine him being compared to his brother as they have different singing style. Guy is a classic ballad + RNB singer while Chris is an RNB + Pop Ballad.

For sure Jonny Manuel has a great talent, a great voice, but Chris seems to have what is called the "Complete Package". I believe that Johnny has to work more on his projection and maybe his self-confidence. This is just my opinion, I am not a singer nor a judge, I am only a spectator who loves these shows.
