Great Video! and thanks for the explanation. Question for you, I'm guessing you were able to reroute apple car play/Navigation/Door Chimes to the front Tweeters/Mid bass through the summing Channel feature? I know you are running full active but it seems like you got rid of the center channel?
@@MSWeaponsChannel ok, thanks. i didn't know if one could retain the oem amp for just the center channel to avoid amplifying that channel. I'm looking to use a single 5 channel amplifier in my build. That may not be possible.
Thanks for this video. I'm new to car audio and this is really helpful as I slowly learn. My understanding is that the head unit input to the OEM amp is through an optical connection. Does the DSPX-HN3 accept this optical connection?
Hey there, I love the video. I ordered my DSPX-HN3 online, however, it is backordered. I will look locally, did you happen to purchase yours online, if so where? Also, where did you hide the DSP, behind the head unit or in the console under the shifter? I am curious since I am going to do an install of this once I obtain it.
I wonder if this would work with my 2022 pilot

That’s all done automatically through the Metra device. And no I retained the Center channel.
@@MSWeaponsChannel did you retain the center still running on the OEM amp?
@@smokesgtp this has nothing to do with the OEM amp. This whole process bypasses the OEM amp.

I saw that you ended up not sticking with the dspx?
