      He’s very intelligent, and his experiences offer a very unique perspective, but viewers should be mindful of his background (just like with any interview they watch). He feels like a man with no nation - indeed, in many ways, he is now that the USSR is gone. It’s as if he has no love for any country; but some countries he clearly dislikes more than others, and it removes objectivity from his analysis.

    • @Geeandrezzi
      @Geeandrezzi Рік тому +9

      That’s pretty much it. Putin didn’t like the fact that NATO was talking about including Ukraine. Took it as a threat to Russia since Ukraine used to be part of Russia.

    • @MishaElRusito
      @MishaElRusito Рік тому

      The US starts conflicts near Russia to weaken it and destroy. They told Ukraine to bomb and kill the Russians who live in Ukraine. Putin is only defending his people and his country

    • @LeadLeftLeon
      @LeadLeftLeon Рік тому

      NATO is the most popular reason. There’s two other major reasons. Ukraine forces were killing Russians in Eastern Ukraine next to the border with Russia. These Russians wanted to be apart of Russia. Anyways these attacks on Russians made the NATO is a threat to us argument valid. Other reason Ukraine is oil rich. The parts of Ukraine that Russia has taken back are loaded with natural gases

    • @jalenad11
      @jalenad11 Рік тому +1

      Nothing to do with NATO. That's just his propaganda to blame the invasion on. Russia spent a ton of time and money building the oil and gas infrastructure that Ukraine now benefits from. They also have a patriotic tie to Ukraine being part of Russia. They took Crimea from Ukraine as soon as oil was found therel.
