So many here don’t understand the relationship between interest rates and prices. Neighbor is trying to sell his house. Been sitting for 6 months at the same price, told him to drop the price, his response- “but that one down the street sold for about this much in 2021” Seems the population boom has died down too. There was a massive spike in 0-64 year olds in 2020 and now, very little. I like the honesty though. A realtor the other day told me “houses here are still high demand, selling quick” as if I can’t see that they’re sitting from a quick google search.
