I've been a braider for over 20 years and there are styles I still haven't done before . Just this last year I learned to do knotless braids..big hit in AZ

What's crazy is I thought this style was too advanced for me as a beginner, but; I've noticed ever since I've been practicing my cornrows more, I've actually noticed that my cornrows are turning out like stitch braids. I've even noticed that my technique has changed and I've actually started adding hair exactly how she's adding her hair in this vid. So I actually think I'm gonna go back to doing this style again, cause let's be honest; these braids r actually very cute. I love them. Thnx so much for doing this vid, cause u actually made me wanna go back to doing this style again. So thankU so much. Very nice job on these braids as well, they're beautiful.

Not all the mannequins on Amazon are of a good quality and those reviews can be deceptive. The scalp on hers looks clean, which will affect the quality of the parting - we need details on that one!

same as corn rowing, you're just digging deeper towards the scalp so that the line you make to pick up the hair is visible.

In cosmetology school we did this with a cutting/measuring comb. The pinky method to create that "stitched" look is so much simpler .
