It is really different from how we do it in India from cleanliness to insulation, never seen anyone using such thick thermocol blocks except in some commercial buildings but they were barely an inch in thickness.
India mai pehle hi sand aur cement mai Milawat hogi. Phir thekedar sasti aur cost-cutting karke windows lagayega. You can see even good looking houses in India have such bad finish and quality. The construction worker and professionalism in Europe especially places like Germany is on another level. Thekedaars in india buy cheap labour on dihardi from UP and bihar villages. There is no skilled labour even for big Government and private projects. Europe pays construction workers above average than the minimum wage. We can say india mahan hai and all but deep down people who have seen places like this know very well kya haal hai humare desh ka.
It is not so easy to set fire to it because there are special fire safety standards checked in an independent fire-fighting laboratory. Without this certificate, it cannot be used in construction. I'll tell you a "secret" that the combination of this 25 cm thick brick and 15 cm thick polystyrene + mesh + waterproof silicone or resin decorative plaster with properly made central heating guarantees survival during frost - 35 degrees C. The temperature in the house will be pleasant + 23 degrees C . In summer, the walls of the house do not heat up and the house is cool. Of course, you can put on air conditioning if you want. . The attic and roof are also insulated. At the end of construction, everything is checked with a thermal imaging camera, because without it you will not receive a special energy saving certificate for your home ua-cam.com/video/9Jp0Ch4JlJM/v-deo.html I remember winters in Poland with frost - 30 degrees C. Currently, due to climate warming in winter, it can be -15 to -20 degrees C

Quite a learning experience. But most worth mentioning is the orderly and clean sight at the construction site which is absolutely absent in India. We are also buying a new apartment and many a times we need to visit the site to give our inputs And it is CHAOS from the word go.
Do consult a good Vastu Shastra consultant before finalizing the design for a happy life. That is the most important part which most of the people miss before finalizing a home design.
There are no earthquakes in Poland . There are beams of reinforced concrete above the windows and doors, but you can't see them because they are hidden behind a thin brick façade . The ceiling is reinforced concrete with a thickness of 10 cm
@@acoustic_arv The company simply produces such ready-made beams already reinforced with poured concrete and then you only place them on the spot. Of course, you can do the formwork, reinforcement and pour concrete yourself .
Like meru said rcc slabs are on the top and bottom. They don't do foundation pillars in Europe but use these thermo bricks for load bearing. They are exceptionally lightweight, fireproof, and excellent insulators. It's actually cost effective too. It's my dream to see this in reality.
@@ashishkaur1290 This is not entirely true. There are regions in Poland where mines have existed for hundreds of years and in these areas specially reinforced concrete foundations are made so that they do not crack. Concrete foundations are common in Poland. Pillars for foundations beat if they build skyscrapers
Meru Bhai, Why are you not going for sustainable energy solution like roof top solar panels + batteries / solar grid system installation to light up your home inside as well as outside? I am hoping that solar grid system is available in Poland.
Most people around here are doing that only. Mehnge shouk hai ye bro. The initial investment is massive on it. I have to check this is in detail because UK mai I remember one could put the buffer electricity back into the national grid and reduce their bills like that, don’t know what’s the system in Poland. Agar long term savings extremely zayada hongi to we will surely think about it.
bhai, UK me victorian architecture hai, Poland me kaun sa architecture follow karte hain? UK me walls me tiles use karte hai, Poland me bhi karte hain kya? bhai garmi yahan (NCR) pe faad hai, lanka lagi hai!
Great Britain is very backward in building houses in relation to Poland . This is due not to the lack of access to technology, but to the fact that the construction is made of cheap materials and extremely low-quality finishes in order to obtain maximum profit on the sale. Construction workers are expensive but have poor skills. The foundations of English houses are of tragic quality. I saw it all with my own eyes because I lived in Manchester for 10 years
Bhayya.... foundation thoda raise karna tha .... always better to be raised above the ground...good for protection from rain wild animals etc.... But I don't know may be I am wrong
Agree you guys planning to live there? If not it's not worth spending so much money in Poland. I have friend did same built house after 2 to 3yrs they sold it.

Why didn't you guys made initial construction drawing 🤔 considering all the MEP utilities ??(structural+electrical+plumbing+then interior)
